Manchester Communication Primary Academy is seeking to appoint talented, ambitious practitioners to work alongside our existing committed and creative colleagues. The Academy opened in September 2014 with a small cohort of EYFS and KS1 children and is continuing to grow towards its capacity of 420 children.
The Academy represents a significant investment in this community and it is important for us to establish firm foundations and recruit the right people to work here.

As the hosts of North Manchester Initial Teacher Training Partnership we are particularly keen to hear from outstanding teaching assistants who are looking to move into teaching - a route which we have an excellent track record in facilitating.
At the end of 2018-19 we will be looking to expand our key stage 2 team to accommodate our first cohort of Y6s, this may include posts for newly qualified and experienced staff looking for a new challenge and/or leadership. We are particularly interested in hearing from anyone with recent experience of the Y6 national tests.
All middle-leadership posts at MCPA are paid a leadership allowance, this includes all subject leaders, lead teachers in each year group and TAs with leadership responsibilities. This structure provides all staff with good professional progression routes.
