Please use this form if you the parent/guardian of a child at MCPA and would like a something to be added to the agenda for an up-coming meeting. This is not a form through which to submit complaints or child-specific issues as they are not appropriate for discussion in the focus group. Examples might be: Car parking, family events, school dinners, clubs etc.

 

Please note, incomplete submissions may not be considered. The decision as to whether an item should be included on the agenda is that of the Chairperson (parent link governor).
